I am being prompted for a passcode after I select a company
The company has chosen to advertise a passcode locally to ensure only local customers join their queue. Drop in on them to find out their current passcode.

Is it free to book using the app?
Yes using the app as a customer cost you nothing. You simply need to register a few details to create an account.

How do I change the venue that I want to book with?
Click "Settings" and then select "Change Venue" then choose from the list.

How do I cancel a booking?
Click "Bookings" and then select the booking that you wish to cancel, then confirm.

How do I use a different account on the same device?
Click "Settings" and then "Log Out" the log in with the other account

I can no longer book with a company and I get a message stating that I have been blocked
The company may have stopped you from being able to book with them for a reason such as you failed to attend a booking. Please contact them directly to resolve this.

How do I view availability of a different day?
On the "Book" sceen select the "Showing:" row. On the following screen select the date you wish to view and then click "Refresh List"
