The company has chosen to advertise a passcode locally to ensure only local customers join their queue. Drop in on them to find out their current passcode.
Is it free to book using the app?
Yes using the app as a customer cost you nothing. You simply need to register a few details to create an account.
How do I change the company that I want to book with?
Click "Settings" and then select "Change Company" then choose from the list.
How do I cancel a booking?
Click "Bookings" and then select the booking that you wish to cancel, then select "Cancel".
How do I use a different account on the same device?
Click "Settings" and then "Log Out"
I can no longer book with a company and I get a message stating that I have been blocked
The company may have stopped you from being able to book with them for a reason such as you failed to attend a booking. Please contact them directly to resolve this.
